Hearts First Ambulance Training Ltd has led First Aid and pre-hospital education for over 15 years, delivering cost-effective, tailored training to workplaces, schools, event medics, ambulance providers and medical teams. Based in Radlett, Hertfordshire, we are a Qualsafe Registered Centre and CPD Standards Office-accredited provider. Offering First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, First Response Emergency Care Levels 3 and 4, ILS and specialist patient transport and paediatric courses. Our trainers are pre-hospital care professionals who bring real-world experiences to every session.

I completed a FREC3 refresher course over the weekend. It’s my second time to complete a course at Hearts first and again it was a really enjoyable and informative couple of days. It’s amazing how everything comes back to you from the training session three years ago. The trainer this weekend was a paramedic trainer and he has vast experience and some nice, gruesome stories to tell. He explained everything in detail and made sure we understood the topic before moving on. He also answered all our questions with confidence. We completed different scenarios from illnesses to major incidents to practise what we had been taught. Overall, I am really pleased with how the course went and confident to use my skills when needed. I would recommend Hearts First Training
